Frequently asked questions

  • Baie [bè], is a French feminine noun with a double meaning: berry and bay. "Oh" refers to an alcohol molecule, with the "O" as zero simultaneously evoking the absence of alcohol. "Oh my" subtly hints to the founder's British origins.

  • We source high-quality wines produced by independent winemakers in the south of France: in Provence for our rosé and red wines, and on the shores of the Étang de Thau for our white wines.

These winemakers share the same high standards and practice organic farming or use environmentally friendly methods.

The rosé is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Marselan, and Merlot. The red is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Marselan. The white is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Rolle.

The wines are gently de-alcoholized to 0.0% using state-of-the-art technology (very low-temperature distillation), which preserves their characteristics and aromas.

We then add our secret blend to give our 0.0% wines their unique Mediterranean character.

  • Organic dealcoholised wine, organic rectified concentrated grape must, natural flavours. Preservative: E242

  • Some non-alcoholic wines contain a small amount of residual alcohol, less than 0.5% ABV. Oh my Baie is proud to be 0.0% alcohol.

  • We suggest serving LE ROSÉ 0.0% chilled, it's ideal at 10°C. Serve already chilled or with ice. Try adding a slice of pomelo for the extra Mediterranean feel.

LE BLANC 0.0% should be served chilled, between 8–10°C, to fully reveal its freshness, minerality, and liveliness.

LE ROUGE 0.0% should be served between 14 and 16 °C to fully reveal its aromas. It can also be enjoyed slightly chilled in the summer, making it the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats or a charcuterie board.

  • Please refer to the best-before date on the back label. Once opened, it can be kept refrigerated for 3 days.

  • Our rosé and red wines are made from certified organic grapes. After the alcohol is removed, a small amount of preservative is added to ensure the beverage remains stable and to preserve its fresh taste.

However, European regulations on organic certification do not allow this addition: this is why the final product, although made from organic wine, cannot be certified organic.
