Some evenings have that extra special something that turns a simple dinner into a truly special moment of togetherness. An intimate dinner at Rendez-Vous, held on June 10 at L’Opale Noire, was one of them.
Located in the heart of one of Paris’s most beautiful hotels, Oh my Baie was delighted to host guests for an evening centered on camaraderie, fine dining, and new ways to celebrate together.

Right from the start, the mood was set: people meeting, lively conversations, plates being passed around, and glasses being raised.
Amid this elegant Parisian interlude, Oh my Baie has naturally made itself at home at the table to offer an alcohol-free tasting experience that sacrifices neither pleasure nor refinement.
When LE ROSÉ 0.0% Inspires Cooking, Too
One of the highlights of the evening was discovering LE ROSÉ 0.0% in an unexpected role.
Beyond tasting, it has also found its place in the kitchen, playing a role in the creation of the sauce for a starter designed specifically for the dinner. A fine demonstration of its versatility and its ability to engage with contemporary gastronomy.
This approach perfectly illustrates our vision: to create alcohol-free wines that are an integral part of the dining experience, just like a great food-and-wine pairing.
The Art of Entertaining with a Twist
This dinner highlighted a trend we are excited to see: restaurants are increasingly making room for non-alcoholic options, with the same commitment to quality and creativity as the rest of the menu.
Throughout the evening, Oh my Baie non-alcoholic wines were served to the guests, while our rosé even made an appearance in the kitchen, where it was used as an ingredient in the sauce for a starter.
